Class Types

We offer classes to suit all abilities. All classes are offered as in person classes and online classes. Find the right class for you below.

Beginners Mat Class

The beginners class is designed for those who are absolute beginners or want to refresh the core principles and technique of Pilates; focusing on back & core strength, posture, alignment, flexibility and breath work.

Mixed Ability Mat Class

This class is for those who have a little knowledge of Pilates and have attended previous Pilates classes or those who do regular exercise and are injury free. Geared more towards challenging beginners, building on the Pilates technique, developing core strength and increasing stamina by keeping movements flowing.

Intermediate Mat Class

This is a class suitable for those who have mastered the fundamentals of the Pilates method, and wish to progress to the more challenging repertoire.

Healthy Bones

This class is specific for building bone strength, with clear and precise movements aimed at strengthening hips, wrists and spine, which so important for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia.

 

Foam Roller class

Using the long Foam roller throughout the class, to challenge balance & stability.

Live Group Classes



  


All our live, in person Pilates Mat Classes are limited to 10-12 people depending on the venue to ensure individual support and attention. 

If you are new to Pilates or have an existing injury or medical condition we request that you have a ‘Getting Started' session first on zoom. This can be discussed in your initial booking conversation with Lucia.


IMPORTANT NOTICE: At present all Live classes are fully booked, message me if you would like to be added to the waiting list.

Wedsnesday Dunster Tithe Barn 6.30pm-7.30pm (Intermediate mat class)

Booking onto a class:

If you are interested in joining us for a class , please contact lead instructor, Lucia via the contact form and we will book you in.


A 24hr cancellation policy applies to all group classes and private sessions, classes missed will not be refunded with less than 24hr notice.


New clients:

We welcome new clients to join us and join the Pilates Community. If you are interested in signing up to a class or have any questions, please fill out the Contact Form and I will contact you as soon as I can, Lucia x


Online Zoom Classes (Group)


Before attending an Online Zoom Class, you need to sign the online waiver form, and contact me, Lucia for the zoom link. If you are new to Pilates or have an existing injury or medical condition we request that you have a ‘Getting started' session first on zoom.
